Hahahaha ONE WENT TO PRISON. ( ran out of money) the other is using his brand to make more 😂😴😴😴😴 goodnight…..
Nick Kyrgios continues the ongoing dispute with Boris Becker, and this time, he used social media to mock the former world No. 1 for having been in jail and going bankrupt. It all started a few days ago when the Australian expressed his opinion that players from past eras would struggle to be competitive nowadays because the speed of the game has evolved over the years.
According to Kyrgios, players from the past were too slow, and Becker responded by mentioning Kyrgios's achievements on the court. The 6-times Grand Slam champion told him to show respect for the past, but the 2022 Wimbledon finalist didn't appreciate Becker's comment.
Last year, the current coach of Holger Rune faced legal issues for hiding assets in his bankruptcy. Becker was convicted by the UK court, serving eight months in prison and declaring bankruptcy. A fan took sides for the German on social media, comparing Becker's 6 Grand Slams to Kyrgios offering free subscriptions to his OnlyFans account.
"Hahahaha ONE WENT TO PRISON (ran out of money) the other is using his brand to make more. Goodnight," Nick Kyrgios wrote.

Another fan also gave his opinion and attacked Kyrgios, suggesting that the former world No. 13 once assaulted his ex-girlfriend, as he was recently involved in such an accusation before the court, although the charges were eventually dropped.
"Hmmm you might want to fact check that. Clean. Charges got dropped. Lived freely the whole time. Although not sure Boris had the same experience," Kyrgios said.

Nick Kyrgios played for the last time at the Stuttgart Open at the beginning of the grass season, his only match in 2023, in which he lost to the Chinese player Wu Yibing (7-5, 6-3). The 28-year-old Australian dealt with injuries, and although his return was expected at the end of the year for some exhibitions, he ultimately decided against it. He also announced that he won't participate in the Australian Open. Kyrgios has not provided a return date yet, and it doesn't seem to be soon.
