Rafael Nadal recorded another almost flawless performance at the 2020 Australian Open when he defeated Pablo Carreno-Busta.

After defeating Hugo Dellien and Federico Delbonis, Nadal faced first seeded player at the 2020 Australian Open. 27th seeded, Pablo Carreno-Busta stood between him and the 4th round in Melbourne.
The Spaniards spent less than 2 hours on the court. It was mainly due to Nadal's perfect performance when he kept a high-level of his service and added 5 breaks. After a dominant performance in the first set when Rafa won 6-1, he added also 6-2 victory in the second set.
The third set was the closest when Nadal defeated Carreno-Busta 6-4. In the next round, world number 1 could meet with Karen Khachanov or Nick Kyrgios. It is not a secret that the Spaniard does not really like Kyegios and so an interesting matchup might be right behind the corner.
