As was expected, Nick Kyrgios didn't miss a chance to strike at world no. 1 Novak Djokovic following the Melbourne quarantine's latest controversies, also mentioning Bernard Tomic's girlfriend.
Novak Djokovic wrote to Craig Tiley, asking for better conditions in Melbourne's players' rooms and demanding a solution for the isolated players to hit the practice court and train.
The Victoria Premier Dan Andrews wasn't particularly impressed by those proposals, saying he can't do anything about changing the strict rules, especially with so many people gathering in Melbourne in the last couple of days.
Nick Kyrgios was ready to blast the Serb, calling him a tool and continuing where he left the last summer during the Adria Tour controversy. Kyrgios also mentioned Bernard Tomic's girlfriend, who is complaining about many things in the quarantine that are not particularly relevant at this point. Nick has been very cautious about the pandemic since the beginning, not playing since the end of February and staying at home in Australia since March, skipping all tournaments following the season restart in August.
"Djokovic is a tool. Also, I don't mind Bernie, but his Mrs has no perspective, ridiculous scenes," Nick Kyrgios said.
