Novak Djokovic will take part in the
Davis Cup once more trying to get Serbia past South Korea, Canada and Alcaraz of Spain.
Novak Djokovic played in the Davis Cup last year as the Serbian generally loves playing for his country. There are very few instances when he opted not to represent his country and this year he'll do it again. He'll certainly hope to have more help than last year because last year none of his teammates was able to win a single match.
The nominees are Miomir Kecmanovic, Filip Krajinovic, Laslo Djere and Dusan Lajovic with Djokovic hoping to get some help from them. It's a tough group with South Korea, Spain and Canada and it's played in Valencia giving Spain a further edge.
Djokovic will be glad to avoid having to play Nadal in the Davis Cup but he'll have to face
Carlos Alcaraz who will be there as well as recently crowned Montreal champion Carreno Busta and others.
