Opelka jokes on Twitter, picks Federer-Nadal as the worst match he has ever seen

Reilly Opelka has never been afraid to share his views and recently he took a comedic approach to a questionnaire on Twitter picking Federer-Nadal as the worst match he has ever seen.

Reilly Opelka has had a proper breakout year in 2021 playing some of the best tennis he has played in his career. That allowed him to climb in the rankings considerably becoming the highest-ranked American for a brief time before he was overtaken by Taylor Fritz. The American is also very active on social media and he used Twitter to joke around a bit.

We are Tennis posted a questionnaire with 5 questions for fans to respond and Opelka took part in it posting the answers to his official Twitter page. He responded jokingly to the questions, at least that is what fans think as Opelka famously enjoys trolling. On the player who made him love tennis Opelka responded with Karlovic.

He named John Isner as his current favorite player and the player who made you dream the most. The best match he has ever seen was Isner against Karlovic while the worst one was Federer against Nadal. The responses show an affinity towards huge servers like himself. The American joked throughout the year about himself being a serve-bot along with other players showing a healthy sense of humor not afraid of making fun of himself.
