Jannik Sinner

An impressive Day 4 schedule of Play at the Open 13 Provence has many fascinating matchups such as Cilic vs Shapovalov and Medvedev vs Sinner.

The first match of the day in Marseille will be between French hopefull Simon and Bedene. Despite being in the twilight of his career Gilles Simon is still playing quality tennis especially indoor. Bedene has been having a great start to the season which saw advance deep in Rotterdam.
The 2nd match of the day in Marseille is between Cilic and Shapovalov. Neither player is in good form and both have struggled so far in the indoor season. Cilic actually hasn't been playing at all so it's good to see him back to winning ways. Shapovalov has been playing but rather badly and actually he had more success in the doubles so far this season. He reached the Paris Masters final last year so can be dangerous indoors.
After this match, the Marseille crowd will see a true spectacle. Italian sensation Jannik Sinner will play against Daniil Medvedev. The Russian hasn't played much since Australia and his first match back wasn't good. He was the 1st seed in Rotterdam but failed to convert that advantage. Sinner has been playing well so far this season and he keeps on climbing in the rankings.
The evening part of the schedule will feature two matches. The first one will be a delight for the Marseille crowd as Pierre-Hugues Herbert will play Felix Auger-Aliassime. The Canadian enjoys quite a bit of popularity in France but he won't get it today. The Marseille crowd are expected to rally behind their player and possibly carry him to victory.
The 2nd match and closing match for the program will be between Goffin and Gerasimov. Goffin has been playing better lately but nothing will satisfy the Belgian expect a title. He came close in Rotterdam but couldn't see it through.
