The ATP 250 event in Umag returns with a very strong field in 2022 headlined by last year's champion
Carlos Alcaraz and
Jannik SInner.
The field was even stronger a couple of days ago but a couple of withdrawals made it weaker overall. It's still quite top-heavy with last year's champion Carlos Alcaraz signing up to defend his trophy won last year. It's a special place for him as it was his maiden trophy and since then he's added four more until now. Joining him will be another young superstar Jannik Sinner.
The Italian defeated Alcaraz at Wimbledon so there is some history there. We will also see
Holger Rune and others. The winners take home €81,310 with the consolation prize for the losing player in the final €47,430. The semifinalist will get €27,885 and you can check out the full breakdown below.
