American tennis star Sebastian Korda has withdrawn from the 2023 Estoril Open, as he has yet to recover from a nagging injury.
The 22-year old suffered a wrist injury at this year's Australian Open, and has been fighting to get back on the court. However, it appears he is yet to recover, thus prompting his withdrawal from the clay-court event that begins in April.
Nonetheless, the Estoril Open will not be lacking in star-power, as Polish star Hubert Hurkacz will be replacing Korda in the main draw. The tournament will run from April 3-9, 2023, and will be played in Cascais, Portugal.
