St. Petersburg Open 2020 Thursday Schedule of Play

The St. Petersburg Open 2020 continues on Thursday with several notable players on the courts including Raonic, Rublev, Shapovalov, Khachanov and Medvedev.

The St. Petersburg Open 2020 continues with a stellar schedule of play on Thursday that will see several notable stars of the gameplay including natives Rublev, Khachanov and Medvedev. The day will have two interesting matches as Rublev takes on Humbert and Shapovalov takes on Ivashka. Rublev and Shapovalov have been dominating in their previous rounds so the Russian fans will expect a similar performance especially from Rublev who is a fan favourite. The next matches will feature several more fan favourites as both Khachanov and Medvedev are going to step onto the court.

Khachanov will take on fellow Russian Karatsev while Medvedev will play Reilly Opelka. That match is a fascinating one as both players are very tall players possessing powerful strokes so it should be a really good match and one that the native Russian will enjoy. The programme will end with a stellar match between Bublik and Raonic. Both players play well on the hard courts and both came into St. Petersburg hungry for titles. Neither has won any this year so maybe this will be the event where that changes.
