It was 2-2 when the match went in a fascinating direction.
First Schwartzman played a majestic game to break Rafa's serve without dropping a single point. He then went on to win his own service game with ease to take a 4-2 lead. Then we saw the longest game of the set where the end result was determined. Diego once again found ways to give Rafa trouble and after he missed the 1st break point in the game he won the 2nd to take a 5-2 lead. That lead turned to a 6-2 1st set victory.

Midway through the set Diego once again found ways to secure himself a break point which he converted. It seemed he was close to victory but Rafa fought back to make it 4-4.

Ultimately Rafa is Rafa and he came back to tie it at 5-5 without dropping a point. It was the 4th consecutive game where the serving player lost the game. Not much changed in the next game as Diego once again broke Rafa's serve. Both players looked schoked and amazed at the same time of the ways they played.
