The ATP 250 Delray Beach Open will take place from February 10 to 16 in Palm Beach County, Florida, and has announced its prize money. The tournament will feature a total prize money pool of $680,140.
This marks the 33rd edition of the ATP 250 and the field is led by defending champion Taylor Fritz as well as Tommy Paul. Fellow top American Alex Michelsen is also among those involved.
The draw consists of 28 players (with the top 4 seeds receiving byes in the first round).
After Fritz won it for a second time last year, he aims for a hat-trick. He is also joined by Kei Nishikori, Marcos Giron, Matteo Arnaldi, Miomir Kecmanovic among others in a top field that also includes the aforementioned names of Paul and Michelsen.
There is also the first round tie of Reilly Opelka v Christopher Eubanks to entertain the home fans. For sealing the tournament, it is $103,455. For reaching the final of the tournament, it is $60,350.
It is $35,480 for reaching the semi-finals, while for Quarter-Finals it is $20,555. Last 16 so second round claims $11,935. While first round losers will receive $7,295.
This in comparison to last year which saw just over $7,000 for the first round and $11,600 in the second round. Those reaching the quarterfinals will earn nearly $20,000, and semifinalists will receive $34,500.
The runner-up took home $58,000, and the champion received over $100,000, marking the first time the winner reaches that figure in Delray Beach and so this year is the second as it continues to gain further footing as one of the top tournaments on the run towards Indian Wells and Miami.
It also flanks Dallas meaning most of the top American talent aside from Tiafoe and Shelton all head here to play this time around.
