VIDEO: Alcaraz in heartwarming gesture towards ball kid during Rio Open rain delay

Carlos Alcaraz had to abandon his match minutes before he would likely finish it due to heavy rain but it helped him create another highlight although this was not with a racquet.

Alcaraz was battling native player Mateus Alves in a very competitive and good match however rain didn't allow the match to finish. It was 6-3 5-3 for the Spaniard when the match was interrupted by rain but Alcaraz proved his humbleness with a nice gesture to a ball kid at the event. He called it under his umbrella so she doesn't get soaked.
