Novak Djokovic and Daniil Medvedev famously practiced together in Nice ahead of the Paris Masters. Rumors swirling say that they played a very intense set that resulted in a tiebreak where the winner was decided. Neither was willing to share who won that practice match but they ended up having to play each other in the final and they delivered a show.
It was Djokovic who proved better there after coming back from a set down. Now ahead of Turin the duo practiced once more in order to better prepare for what they possibly think might be another final. They are headlining different groups in Turin but they could meet in the knockout phase. Both have high motivation as Djokovic did not win this event in a couple of years and Medvedev being the defending champion.
