VIDEO: Federer winning Wimbledon or Djokovic year-end no. 1 ?

Similar to every year the ATP player's sat down with ATP to give out some predictions and we bring you the most interesting ones.

The 2020 season was a difficult one and it was certainly one that nobody could have predicted but since predicting is fun the ATP and the player's decided to try it again for the 2021 season. Some of the predictions were quite bold for example Rublev finishing top 5 which is very possible but the competition is sky-high. David Goffin named Federer's retirement as something that might happen in 2021 which is widely expected but far from a surefire deal.

Many players said that a Next-gen player will win a Grand Slam which is also widely expected but again far from a sure thing. Denis Shapovalov was named the most likely to break out this year despite him hovering around the top 10 for a while now. Cameron Norrie named himself which is a bold statement but if he backs it up on the court it will be a great thing to see.

All players agreed on only one thing and that Novak finishing as world number one which is a goal that Novak gave himself prior to the season as well. One of the final questions was which player will win his first Masters title and Stefanos Tsitsipas was a popular choice with Andrey Rublev picking up a few votes as well.
