Somewhat of a strange situation happened at the ATP 250 event in Houston where
John Isner battled Cristian Garin for a spot in the final.
Cristian Garin won the opening set of his semifinal clash against John Isner in Houston but the start of the 2nd set featured somewhat of a controversial moment. At 1-0 for Isner, the American carved out a break point for himself. He had an advantage in the game with Garin called for a foot fault on break point on his 2nd serve automatically winning the point for Isner.
The American won the game and held his serve in the set to win it. He then won the 3rd one as well completing the comeback. The Chilean was stunned by the call looking very confused as to why the line umpire would call it a foot fault with the replay showing that it was close. It's hard to tell whether it really was a foot fault but it changed the match instantly and Garin never quite recovered.
Check it out for yourself.
