Miomir Kecmanovic produced an incredible effort to save a match point with a between-the-legs shot that saved the rally for him.
Dan Evans was pretty close to closing out the match against Kecmanovic but the Serbian left it all on the court to win the match. At 5-4 in the final set with an advantage on his serve, Evans had a match point. He played the point really well and sent a lob that Kecmanovic barely put back with a tweener.
The shot itself was amazingly hit and Evans was not able to control it well enough as the ball bounced high. The Serbian caught the ball on his backhand and won the point as Evans volleyed wide. As amazing as the rally itself was, the importance of the point was even bigger.
