Rafael Nadal has continued his preparation
for a much-awaited return to the court.
The 37-year-old is currently spending time on the sidelines as
he continue to recover from a hip injury sustained in the Australian Open earlier
this year.
It was because of this reason Nadal did not take part in
three out of the four Grand Slams this year.
The Spain’s star tennis player has excite his fans after a
new video emerged on the social media platform X — previously known as Twitter —
where he could be seen serving.
Nadal is often described as one of the greatest players in
the history of the men’s singels tennis in the Open era, having own 22 Grand
Slam titles.
His most successful competition is the French Open where he
has lifted the title 14 times which is also a record in the tournament’s
history.
Nadal’s first major title triumph came while playing at the
Roland Garros in 2005 where he defeated Argentina’s Mariano Puerta in the final
with a score of 6–7(6–8), 6–3, 6–1, 7–5.
His last major title was also the French Open in 2022 where
he got the better of Norway’s Casper Ruud in straight sets with a score of 6-3,
6-3, 6-0.
