(VIDEO) Taylor Fritz's dad caught in bizarre incident, tries to whistle but accidentally spits on team member

Taylor Fritz's dad over his son himself found himself in a spot of bother and went viral as he accidentally spat on a team member during his Indian Wells tie against Alex Michelsen on Monday.
Fritz was bundled out 6-4, 7-6 by his American compatriot. He found himself on the backfoot after losing the opening set and was serving at 5-5 in the second set winning an important point to make it 30-30.
The camera panned to Fritz's father at this point. He went to cheer by whistling but he put his fingers in his mouth and instead of whistling, he spat at a fellow member of Fritz's coaching team. Awkward.
Despite his father Guy rooting for him, he couldn't get past Michelsen and lost 6-4, 7-6(6). This is despite him having a set point in the second set tie-break. He lost earlier than perhaps expected in his first loss since 2019 at an early stage.
