Alexander Zverev found himself on his back during his
Monte-Carlo Masters match against
Alexander Bublik tripping himself over and falling down once again on clay.
It must have been quite uncomfortable for Zverev to tubmle down onto the red dirt as it was certainly uncomfortable for all that saw it. Bublik immediately ran over to Zverev to check on him as the spectators held their breath until Zverev gave a thumbs up. The German spoke about taking a while to feel comfortable on the clay again after breaking his ankle the last time he played a match on it.
It's always going to be in the back of his mind when he plays on a clay court but over time he'll build confidence and play as freely as he did. This is was a flashback to Paris which he would like to avoid in the future.
