"Your forehand made us fall in love" says Alex Corretja in tribute to Del Potro

Juan Martin Del Potro might play his final match later today and the tributes have been coming in ever since he admitted to being close to retirement a few days ago.

One who wrote a really touching tribute to Del Potro is former tennis pro Alex Corretja who currently works as a tennis analyst for Eurosport. Corretja took to Instagram to write a tribute to Tower from Tandil saying:

“Your service impressed us, your forehand made us fall in love, your charisma hooked us, and your heart conquered us! @delpotrojuan I wish you the best in whatever comes, tennis will miss you very much, and as your interviewer on multiple occasions at @eurosport, I will greatly miss entering a large centre court and not finding you on the other side waiting for me with your simplicity and sympathy!
