Eubanks the entertainer 🇺🇸 @chris_eubanks96 takes down No.5 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas in five sets to reach the QF on #Wimbledon debut
The world number five Stefanos Tsitsipas has stated that he feels ‘no shame’ in being open about his relationship with Spain’s Paula Badosa.
The two tennis stars have been dating for a while and they remain in the media spotlight for their affection towards each other.
Tsitsipas, in a Q & A session on his Instagram, was asked by a user why the duo have been extremely public with their relationship.
In response to that, the 24-year-old hit back at that opinion and stated that he feels no shame in being open about a relationship with a tennis player.
"The truth is that, I haven't really been too vocal about stuff like this or exposing myself I guess too much, but when you know, you don't really care,” he said. “You know, it feels right, it feels natural. There's no shame. So it's just like family. It's just as if you are sharing moments with your family. It's absolutely the same.”
Both Tsitsipas and Badosa did not have a great time during the third Grand Slam of the year in London.
Tsitsipas suffered a shocking defeat against America’s Christopher Eubanks in the round of 16 clash with a score of 3-6, 7-6, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4.
On the other hand, Badosa’s tournament was cut short because of an injury in the second-round clash against Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk.
