Drama. 😮 🥁 The Team GB section was playing drums during Djokovic’s interview, after knocking Great Britain out of the Davis Cup: Novak replied: "Learn how to respect players, learn how to respect people, you shut up, you be quiet."
Novak Djokovic sealed Serbia's spot in the semi-finals of the Davis Cup Finals where Jannik Sinner could await again for the king of tennis. But he was left fuming at British fans in the stands in Malaga.
Djokovic saw off Cameron Norrie 6-4, 6-4 during the tie and as part of that, he also celebrated wildly as fans made noise while he was returning.
But also they played a drum while he was being interviewed in a way to try and drown out the Serbian. Djokovic though was not having any of it in a dramatic moment on court.
"Learn how to respect players, learn how to respect people, you shut up, you be quiet," he said as members of the Serbian team looked up to the stands to try and figure out who it was.
A man on a mission in Malaga and one who doesn't take too kindly to not being respected, it seems.
