The 2024 Madrid Open is a joint ATP and WTA event that will see the respective tour's most talented players compete on the clay courts of Madrid, Span from April 24-May 5, 2024.
An ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 event, the Madrid Open offers one of the most coveted trophies on tour. The clay-court event features a 96 singles player field and a 32 doubles team draw. Former champions include hometown heroes Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz on the men's side, while Ons Jabeur and Aryna Sabalenka have prevailed in the women's draw.

The World No.2 lifted the title last year, in addition to winning it all at the 2021 edition. However, the Belarusian will face stiff competition from the likes of Coco Gauff and World No.1 Iga Swiatek. On the men's side, Carlos Alcaraz will look to win the title for a third consecutive year, although he will have to get past compatriot Nadal and World No.1 Novak Djokovic.
