Boris Becker will become a father again at the age of 57. On the eve of Wimbledon, the tennis legend confirmed his wife Lilian is pregnant.
Showing her proudly cradling her baby bump, it will be Becker's fifth child overall with a fourth different woman. He will become a father again three years on from being released from prison.
Back in 2022, he was jailed for failing to disclose assets and loans to creditors after a bankruptcy declaration. He served eight months in prison and was deported from the UK on his release.
This means that for Becker, his want to work at Wimbledon again as a pundit hasn't yet been achieved as until this year he has not been allowed back into the UK in order to do so. But now things are looking up for the tennis legend who married his 35-year-old partner last year in Portofino.
They now live in Milan and he dubbed the new arrival as a 'little miracle' and said 'the best is yet to come'. Great news for Becker on the eve of Wimbledon.
'A little miracle is on the way... the best is yet to come,' read the caption on social media.
Recently he praised Lilian speaking lovingly about his wife to
Stern magazine.
'This is perhaps the first partnership on equal terms for me,' he told the publication. 'No one is more important than the other. I need Lilian, and I hope she needs me too.
'We met at a time when I was feeling very bad.
'Professionally, personally, physically. I was feeling worse than ever before in my life. Despite this, Lilian was interested in me. That's remarkable, because she could only be interested in me as a person because I had nothing else to offer. I had never met a woman like that before.'
