The draw has been released for the Lyon Open 2020 which will take place starting on Monday 2 March on the hard courts in France.

While there are not many star names due to such tournaments as Doha and Dubai just taking place, the field is headlined by Sofia Kenin, Australian Open champion who has been struggling to find rhythm since her victory at Melbourne Park.
Defeats to the in-form Elena Rybakina and Dayana Yastremska have come since she claimed her first Grand Slam title; she faces off against Vitalia Diatchenko in her first round.
Other well-known names in the draw include Kristina Mladenovic who will be involved on home soil; in an all-French tie with Chloe Paquet.
Caroline Garcia will also be one of the multiple seeds from France as she faces Belgian, Greet Minnen in her first round. Daria Kasatkina, Alison van Uytvanck and Alize Cornet are also all in the draw; which like alluded to begins on Monday.
