With the new season only a few short weeks away, New Years Eve for some is little; but an afterthought in terms of training but for some it is the ideal time to have fun one more time before it all begins again.
Here is how the WTA players celebrated New Years Eve. Victoria Azarenka celebrated with her son Leo; as she let the year in.

Some in the case of Donna Vekic did so from an airplane; likely on her way to the Australian swing and to start her new season; but it still didn't stop her toasting in the New Year.

Petra Kvitova on the other hand took time out to practice before getting on with the night's events; with her wondering if she can stay up till Midnight.
