After defeating Barbora Krejcikova in the quaretrfinals and Katerina Siniakova in her semifinal match, Petra Kvitova faced Karolina Muchova in the final of the 2020 CTS Presidents' Cup.

During the Tour Suspension, Czech Tennis Association (CTS) created a tournament for local players. Almost all of the players from Czech Fed Cup team take part as only Karolina Plsikova and Marketa Vondrousova didn't take part.

World no. 12, Petra Kvitova and no. 26, Karolina Muchova were the two best players at the tournament as they reached the final. There, 2-time Wimbledon champion continued in the great form as she defeated Muchova in 78 minutes 6-3, 6-3.
