Nick Kyrgios and Boris Becker had a heated exchange on Twitter with each branding the other in very unflattering ways.

Nick Kyrgios is a known commodity around the tour. He is well known for his controversies but recently the recent ones have oddly found him on the right side of the argument. Kyrgios was quick to criticize his colleagues who behaved in rash ways during the times of pandemic. His recent criticism went to Alexander Zverev who found himself not going through with his promise of self-isolation after being part of the Adria Tour.
It all started after Boris Becker called Kyrgios a rat. Kyrgios was quick to respond and he did so in a civilized way without calling Boris any names. You can read all of that below:

However, it didn't end there. Becker once more repeated his sentiment calling Kyrgios a rat once more to which the Greek responded back by questioning the rat label given to him by Becker.

Boris exchanged a few more words with other accounts which entered discussion after which Kyrgios had enough and threw some shade back at Becker with the German responding in a sarcastic way.

The discussion ended with Boris tweeting out a message sometime later in which he praised Kyrgios for his outspoken nature calling him a good role model for the youth if he was to become a more serious tennis player. He probably realized he went too far in his previous tweets particularly after being on the wrong side of the argument. Kyrgios wouldn't have any of it once again shifting the focus to Zverev and the lack of any explanation of apology for his actions.
