The ATP and WTA Tours have both been suspended through till at least June 7, 2020 and in response to that and due to players fearing that their rankings will be affected, these have been frozen until the resumption of the season.

A Frozen Ranking in essence means a player’s ranking as of March 9, 2020 will remain in place until play resumes. Points earned during the 2019 Indian Wells tournament will remain on a player’s ranking so players such as Bianca Andreescu who missed out due to injury will not be affected.
This is also the case on points earned across all levels in the weeks that followed through March 9, 2020.
At the moment this means that until s'Hertogenbosch and Nottingham which could be the first events back and the first of the grass court season, nobody will be effected.
