Dominic Thiem in a recent interview discussed doping in top level tennis and that in his opinion, it isn't really a problem.

Thiem went as far as saying that he would put his hand in the fire for all the best players that he knows; on them not doping or taking performance enhancing drugs.
He added that they get tested pretty often at the top level of the rankings; as well as that in his opinion unlike other sports such as boxing and athletics; it wouldn't give the athlete an edge on their opponent.
"Some years ago there was a case involving Maria Sharapova. But tennis is clean. I would put my hand in fire for all the best players I know.
We get tested pretty often. And if someone took something, they would not play better."
