VIDEO: Djokovic begins Nole Challenge trend and asks viewers to do the same

Novak Djokovic has began a new trend called #NoleChallenge after submitting his own version on his Instagram page yesterday.

Djokovic in the video below sits in an ice cold body of water outside for at least a minute and said he is doing it due to it being beneficial for training the mind and body and he hopes that the viewers can also get involved.

His friend Constantine challenged him initially and he set the following conditions for those who attempt it:

- Must be winter and icy water outside
- Must be only in underwear
- Must have half the body submerged
- Must be in for at least 1 minute
