The Tennis at Home trend continues and it stems to keeping fit while the Coronavirus pandemic is currently ongoing with Elise Mertens getting involved.
Mertens has kept fit during this time of self isolation by putting an ab workout; onto her Instagram page for her followers.
She asked her followers what they wanted to see during this time away from the court; they resoundingly said they wanted the workout.
The Belgian gives five workouts that can be done at home; with the absence of gyms in many countries due to current lockdown restrictions.
