The 2021 Western & Southern Open is coming up next week as one of the main tournaments on the road to the US Open.
Taking place between August 16-22 2021 back in Cincinnati, it will feature many big names including Naomi Osaka, Victoria Azarenka and Ashleigh Barty.
Due to the turnaround between the Olympic Games and the US Open, many have decided to skip the National Bank Open to start their preparation here.
There will be $1,835,490 on offer commitment wise with the winner set to receive $255,220, the runner-up set for $188,945.
Semi-finalists will claim $100,250, it goes down all the way to first round which is $12,385.
