Despite a lot of withdrawals ahead of the event the 2021 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships will feature a strong field of play and a lot of money to be won with $1,835,490 on offer. The event will run from March 7th to March 14th and it will see a new champion as 2020 champion Simona Halep withdrew from the event due to injury. The top-seeded player will be Elina Svitolina who will be joined by Karolina Pliskova, Aryna Sabalenka, Kiki Bertens, Iga Swiatek and many more.
The eventual champion will bag $221,500 along with 900 points with the finalist getting a consolation prize of $164,000 and 585 points. The semifinalists will get $ 87,000 and 350 points.
