2022 Citi Open Washington WTA Entry List including Pegula, Azarenka, Raducanu, Halep (Update - 29-07)

The city of Washington, D.C will host the WTA during the US Open summer series, as the Citi Open Washington tournament is scheduled to take place from August 1-7, 2022.

Featuring some of the tour's brightest stars, the WTA 250 event will finally make it's return after being postponed for two years due to the pandemic. 2019 champion Jessica Pegula will be competing at this year's event, alongside US Open champion Emma Raducanu.

A pair of multi-time Grand Slam champions are also scheduled to appear, with Simona Halep and Victoria Azarenka set to participate in preparation for the US Open. Sloane Stephens, who lifted the title in Flushing Meadows in 2017, will also be joining the field.
