2023 Rome Open Day Two Schedule including Parks-Kontaveit, Fernandez

The second day of the Rome Open brings us the start of the WTA side of the competition and we'll see some big names on the courts such as Leylah Fernandez as well as the return of Anett Kontaveit.

Madrid is behind us and we're in Rome for the next 10 or more days with the WTA side of the draw beginning later today. Play will get underway at 11:00 CET and we'll get underway with Niemeier taking on Parrizas Diaz. At the same time, we'll see Sherif take on Blinkova which is a very interesting matchup.

Last year's clay standout Linda Noskova will face Rogers while Wang will play native player Stefanini. Kanepi takes on Vondrousova with Kenin playing Bucsa. Alycia Parks will face Anett Kontaveit as the Estonian makes a return to the top WTA level. Parks played really well in Madrid last week but Rome is a different challenge.

The final match of the day will be between Leylah Fernandez and Aliaksandra Sasnovich. Check out the full WTA main draw programme below.
