After Australian Open excellence Dayana Yastremska shows off another talent with new song released

Tennis star Dayana Yastremska is quite talented on the tennis court, but the Ukrainian also has an interest in music and has released a new song.

The 23-year old kicked off her 2024 season with a surprise semifinal showing at the Australian Open, falling to eventual runner-up Qinwen Zheng in the semifinal. Having made her way through qualifying rounds, Yastremska defeated several seeded players, including reigning Wimbledon champion Marketa Vondrousova and former Melbourne champion Victoria Azarenka before bowing out to Zheng in an entertaining semifinal encounter.

Having dabbled with music in the past, Yastremska is no stranger to the industry. The former World No.21 has released some songs in the past, but lately opted to focus on her tennis career. The gamble paid off, as she achieved her best showing at a Grand Slam in Melbourne. Nonetheless, it appears her recent milestone may have inspired her to return to the microphone, as she announced the release of her new song on her official Instagram page.
