Emma Raducanu faces Ons Jabeur later today at the Mubadala World Tennis Championship as she begins her preparation for a 2023 season she will hope is better than this one.
Raducanu will have a new coach in tow with Sebastian Sachs, who has previously worked with Belinda Bencic and also been a part of Victoria Azarenka in Abu Dhabi with the former US Open champion according to the newspaper i.
Parting company with Dmitry Tursunov who ironically is now working with Bencic, Raducanu will only work with Sachs on a temporary basis on the moment.
It will be another trial for Raducanu who has also added Jez Green in recent months to make strides on her fitness but the stability of a permanent coach has not been apparent since Andrew Richardson at Flushing Meadows.
