Draw released for 2021 Tennis In The Land Cleveland including Kasatkina and Kontaveit

The Tennis in the Land Cleveland event will feature a solid field of play including top seed Daria Kasatkina serving as a good introduction into the US Open.

Running from August 22nd till August 28th the event will be a WTA 250 event featuring a solid field of players wanting to finetune their games ahead of the US Open. The top seed is Daria Kasatkina who lacks playing time on hard courts which is why she selected to play here.

She will face Kaja Juvan in the first round which is a measured opponent for the Russian. The 2nd seed is Anett Kontaveit who as well is looking for more playing time and she will get it here facing off against Lauren Davis. Several other notable players that will play include 3rd seed, Alexandrova.

We will also see Nadia Podoroska who is the 5th seed, Sara Sorribes Tormo who is the 7th seed as well as Vera Zvonareva and Ludmilla Samsonova. The 4th seed is Johanna Konta who will face Martina Trevisan in the first round. Check out the full draw below.
