Draw released for Hobart International: Mertens, Muguruza and Rybakina among players involved

Elise Mertens lost to eventual finalist Elena Rybakina and finds herself as number one seed for the Hobart International. Rybakina is also involved and is third seed after losing in China.

As is Garbine Muguruza who is second seed as a wildcard into the tournament. It was the semi-finals for the Spaniard losing out to eventual champion Ekaterina Alexandrova.

Other players involved include Svetlana Kusnetsova who will take on number six seed Magda Linette; as well as Sam Stosur, Rebecca Peterson and Anna Blinkova.
