Dubai Duty Free Champioship Semifinal Day Schedule

Semifinal day at the Dubai Duty Free Championship will feature the world number two Halep. Simona Halep has had a good return to the courts recently. She managed to win all her matches so far albeit it wasn't as smooth as she might have liked. Her season started off really good in Australia but she was ousted in the semifinal. Now she reached her 2nd semifinal and she is hoping for a better result this time around.

Her opponent Brady has had a magnificent tournament so far. She played a good variety of tennis ranking from serve and volley to aggressive baseline play. She is a tricky opponent and it won't be easy for Simona.

The 2nd semifinal of the day is between Martic and Rybakina. Martic hasn't played all to great this year but she has been exceptional here. Rybakina is also having a really good stretch of play. She reached the final the previous week in St. Petersburg. It's tough to predict who might be the favourite here but Rybakina might be a bit tired after two weeks of continuous play.

The Dubai crowd will also get to see some doubles matches as well. The latter doubles semifinal is particularly interesting because the 1st seeded Hsieh / Strycova play against the 4th seeded Dabrowski / Zhang. That match will close the programme and it should be a delight for anybody who loves doubles. The Dubai crowd love tennis and they will certainly enjoy it.
