Eugenie Bouchard shared a photo on social media alongside tennis players Varvara Lepchenko and Anna Kalinskaya as she prepares for the Billie Jean King Cup Finals.

The 29-year-old tennis player isn't concluding her 2023 tennis season just yet. Despite competing at all levels of professional tennis throughout the year, including Challenger and ITF tournaments, and facing challenges at Grand Slams, she still has an important commitment before closing the season.

Bouchard is currently in full preparation mode to represent her nation in the Billie Jean King Cup final, set to take place in November. The Canadian recently shared an image from the practice courts in Miami, Florida, with American Varvara Lepchenko and Ukrainian Anna Kalinskaya.

Throughout the year, Bouchard has notched notable victories on the WTA Tour, defeating opponents such as Dayana Yastremska and Renata Zarazua in the Madrid and Guadalajara Open tournaments, respectively, although she hasn't made significant progress in Grand Slams.

In November, Bouchard will return to the international stage as she represents Canada in the 2023 Billie Jean King Cup final. She'll join prominent figures like Leylah Fernandez and the recently crowned US Open doubles champion, Gabriela Dabrowski.

Despite the absence of star Bianca Andreescu due to an injury, Bouchard and her team will aim to make an impact in this exciting international event taking place from November 7th to 12th at the Estadio de la Cartuja in Seville, Spain.

The Canadian team, which also includes Rebecca Marino and Marina Stakusic, will face tough competitors in Group C, including Spain, led by Paula Badosa and other talented players such as Rebeka Masarova, Cristina Bucsa, and Sara Sorribes Tormo.

On the other hand, they will compete against Poland, who won't have Iga Swiatek, as she decided to take a break after the WTA Finals. However, Poland will have athletes like Magda Linette and Magdalena Frech.
