America’s tennis star Coco Gauff's recent pictures in the New Balance
kit have excited the fans on social media. The 20-year-old is often regarded as one of
the most highly-rated players currently playing in the women’s singles category.
In a picture that was posted on the social media platform Instagram,
Gauff can be seen in a New Balance kit that left the fans excited about on another social media platform--X.
"everyday I’m grateful that new balance outbid Nike for
her when she was a kid,” one fan wrote. "best kits in wta award goes to
her,” other one wrote about the outfit.
Gauff has recently lived up to the hype as she lifted her maiden
— and till now the only Grand Slam — when she defeated the current world number
two Aryna Sabalenka in the final of the US Open with a score of 2–6, 6–3, 6–2.
Gauff had a decent start to the ongoing campaign. She won
the ASB Classic in Auckland after beating Elina Svitolina in the final with a
score of 6-7, 6-3, 6-3.
She was then knocked out of the first Grand Slam of the year
— the Australian Open — after losing in the semifinal to Sabalenka in straight
sets with a score of 7-6, 6-4.
Gauff recently took part in the Miami Open where she had a rather
poor outing as she was knocked out after losing in the round of 16 to Caroline Garcia
with a score of 6-3, 1-6, 6-2.
