"I need some lessons": Brazilian football legend Ronaldo applauds Aryna Sabalenka's football video as World No.1 asks for help

World number one Belarus’ Aryna
Sabalenka has asked former Brazilian legendary striker Ronaldo for some
football tips.
The 25-year-old posted a video on her
social media platform Instagram where the World Cup-winning striker commented
with a clapping logo.
Sabalenka, in response to that
comment, asked Ronaldo for some football tips in order to improve her skills.
The Minsk-born is currently preparing
for the WTA Finals event after being knocked out of the recently concluded China
Open in the quarterfinal after losing to Elena Rybakina in straight sets with a
score of 7-5, 6-2.
Sabalenka has had a more than
decent year where she ended up playing in the semifinal or beyond in each of
the four Grand Slams.
She ended up winning the
Australian Open after beating Rybakina in the final with a score of 4–6, 6–3,
6–4.
In the recently concluded US Open,
Sabalenka has had a rollercoaster of a ride. She became the world number one
after the former top-ranked player Poland’s Iga Swiatek lost in the round of 16
to Latvia’s Jelena Ostapenko with a score of 3-6, 6-3, 6-1.
However, her joy was short-lived
as she went on to suffer a defeat in the final of the fourth and final Grand
Slam of the year to America’s Coco Gauff with a score of 2-6, 6-3, 6-2.
