"I will never be her" - Gauff shuts down comparisons with Serena Williams

While Coco Gauff was inspired by Serena Williams the young American doesn't like comparisons between her and the legendary player.
Many young players, especially those who are very talented, oftentimes get compared to excellent players that came before. Due to some similarities, Gauff was immediately compared to Serena Williams. While flattering, Gauff quickly shut down a comparison from a fan below one of her TikTok videos.
The fan commented on a video where Gauff pays tribute to Serena Williams as the 'GOAT' 'the next Serena Williams' to which Gauff simply responded:
"No. I will never be her".
