"It was much tougher than the score says" says Swiatek despite ruthless win over Osorio at Australian Open

Iga Swiatek cruised past Camila Osorio at the Australian Open but she admitted that the match was far more complicated than the score would have you believe.

The second match for Swiatek went similarly to the first match at the Australian Open. Both were straight-set victories for her but similar to the round one clash, this too was a complicated one. Speaking after the match, she admitted that it was much tougher than what it seemed on the scoreboard:

"It was much tougher than the score says. She ran for every ball today. She never gave up. She didn't give me much points for free so I needed to really work for each of them. I was really happy that I was being consistent in being proactive and tried to just play a bit faster and with more pressure, but I'm happy that I won and I can play in the next round."
