Madison Keys and
Petra Kvitova both arrived in Cincinnati without any rhythm but they both found it here and will face each other next.
Madison started playing really strong tennis in Cincinnati and got her to the semi-finals. With every match, Keys became more confident in her play and it became better. Putintseva, Ostapenko, Swiatek and Rybakina all were unable to win a single set against her.
She is simply feeling super confident in her game and it's quite similar to her Australian Open run. Whether anybody will be able to stop her is the question but Kvitova played her a couple of times. They are 4-4 against each other and it's going to be another battle according to Keys:
"I have obviously had some battles against Petra. Won some, lost some. It's never easy to play her, especially later in a
draw, meaning that she's playing some very good tennis."
