Kyrgios slams football fans after violent attack during A-League match: "You are sitting in the crowd watching for a reason

Nick Kyrgios slammed football fans in Australia for their behaviour during an Australian league match when they attacked the goalkeeper.

Ugly scenes came from Australia with football fans attacking a goalkeeper during a match between Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City. It's a local derby so tensions were high but fans took it too far when they stormed the pitch and attacked a player. Kyrgios was appaled by the behaviour as he wrote on social media:

"Typical, gronks. No respect. You are sitting in the crowd watching for a reason."
