The final is set at the Eastbourne International on the WTA side with Madison Keys certainly staking her claim this week to be part of the Wimbledon mix.

Keys dumped out Coco Gauff in the semi-finals and will look to add to her title nine years ago in this tournament after a 6-3, 6-3 win.

It was a win after 1 hour and 21 minutes for the American and levels their head to head record at 2-2.

Breaking for 3-2 in the opening set, she soon consolidated for 4-2 saving a break point in the process and used superb returning skill to break Gauff once more in the final game of the set.

Gauff returned well to break in the second but double faults crept in and this spelled the beginning of the end as Keys regained the serve and took a commanding lead at 5-3.

Serving for the match, Keys was hit back as Gauff made it deuce from 40-0 but the former regrouped to seal the win.

She will now face Daria Kasatkina in Saturday's championship match.

"Really happy with how everything went today," Keys said in her post-match press conference. "Obviously a tough opponent in Coco, but I feel like I played a really solid match. Happy to be into another final here."

Kasatkina on the other hand saw off Camila Giorgi 6-2, 7-5. She was a point away from a 6-2, 5-1 lead but Giorgi returned to make it 5-5.

Albeit Kasatkina returned to take the last two games of the match to move through. Giorgi has lost the last three Eastbourne semi-finals.

While for Kasatkina, she has not only reached another final but is back into the top 10 as of next week.
