Palermo Ladies Open is the first WTA tournament after the Tour suspension played from 3rd - 9th August and we know all of the results.

A lot of players from the Top 30 of the WTA Rankings gathered in Italy. Palermo Ladies Open is the first tournament to be played after 5 months and nobody wants to miss a chance to compete again. The entry list features names like Petra Martic, Marketa Vondrousova, and Dayana Yastremska. We'll cover all of the results throughout the competition from the Round of 32 to the final.

On Monday, the sixth-seeded Donna Vekic kicked-off the tournament in a great style against Arantxa Rus. She was followed by Laura Siegemund as the two became the first players to advance to the second round.

Sara Errani and Elisabetta Cocciaretto made sure that fans in Palermo will enjoy the matches of the Italian players. They both triumphed and moved to the second round.
